Starting from a family business that has had a presence in the area for more than three decades, alongside a family history of four generations, born and raised in the area of East London.
With a vast experience in Investment, Development and Portfolio Management, we've seen the area grow and expand economically throughout the years.

As we have seen property prices increase dramatically over the years our goal has been, and is to, provide a high standard of housing in the area whilst continuing to grow our private rental portfolio.

VISION
Experiencing how the East London property market has grown economically over the years, and how it is continuing to do so. Our vision is to purchase distressed period properties, restore them to a high standard and retain them for decades to come, allowing us to benefit from the future growth.
We view all of our projects as a part of history, meaning that our ethos is always to keep in tact and restore as many original features within the property as possible, giving them a contemporary touch to fit into the modern day home.
MISSION
To carry out our vision, we aim to continue purchasing, restoring and retaining period properties - Both for ourselves, and future investors.

By following our strategy so far, we've been able to achieve above market valuations in terms of the property value. Whilst also finding reliable and long standing tenants, which has provided strong rental yields for our portfolio.
