Our most prestigious project to date, 28 Dunedin Road was a beautiful Victorian style property that was in disrepair and in need of restoration.  We had a strong vision from the very first viewing, and our remarkable team of builders turned our vision into a reality, transforming this period property into an extraordinary family home.  The property initially was 900 sqft, to maximise the return on our investment we felt increasing the size with a rear and loft extension was the best way forward - The finished floor space was increased to 1,400 sqft.  As with all of our projects, keeping the Victorian style features in place was a must with 28 Dunedin, and any additional features were fitted with a contemporary, yet traditional style in mind.  Structured and detailed coving has been carefully fitted throughout, with feature ceiling roses in the main living space, finished with an original antique Victorian fire place.
